Rule 1

Library computers are for academic purposes only. Therefore use of a chat room, porn sites and online games are prohibited.

Rule 2

As courtesy to other library users, keep your voice down while inside the premises of the library either you are using the library reading resource or the computer.

Rule 3

Library computers are for the school community use only. You may not use other software except if it is a school property.

Rule 4

Report to the librarian immediately if you detect any technical issues either in the hardware or the software of the computer. Avoid solving the issue by yourself. It would be your responsibility if there will be any damage cause.

Rule 5

You are not allowed to use the Library computer to broadcast or spread attitudes or advertisements that might interfere with public safety, discrimination of any form or breaking of the law.

Rule 6

In searching database and library resources, please read and understand the rules and obey the standard procedures set by each publishers or authors with respect to the Intellectual Property Rights. Files must not be downloaded nor printed.

Rule 7

If rules are broken repeatedly after warnings, the library reserves the right to suspend the student from entering and using the library. Breaking of rules for three times within one week will result to suspension from using the library for a month.

Rule 8

Library user is responsible for taking care of the equipment or resources being used in the library. If there is any damage caused intentionally like using the computer inappropriately, the student will be asked to pay for the cost of the damage.

Rule 9

Notifications will be communicated properly.

Rule 10

The rules can be amended anytime if there has deficiencies.
