Activity Reward Program 活動獎勵辦法
Purpose
To foster a positive reading environment, encourage staff and students to develop reading habits, and promote the school's library resources, we have established this reward program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program").
Participants
All staff and students of the school.
Principles
The Program aims to encourage active participation in library activities, thereby cultivating a vibrant reading culture.
Implementation Methods
- Activity Promotion: Promote the Program through internal announcements and emails.
- System Management: The IT team will assist in developing a student reading record system linked to the library's borrowing records to track reading progress and determine award recipients regularly.
- Reward Distribution: The library team will notify and distribute rewards according to the rules of each activity.
Reward Methods
Different reward methods will be implemented based on the participants, as detailed below:
∎ For All Staff and Students
- Mobile Book Service: The first 25 participants who borrow books from the mobile book service or the library on the event day will receive a 50 NT snack voucher.
- Meditation Calligraphy: Collect 16 calligraphy points to receive a fountain pen (one per semester); each points card also serves as a raffle entry for a chance to win a book at the end of the semester.
∎ For Students
- Borrowing Points: Borrow 3 books in one transaction to earn 1 iRead point. Collect 10, 20, and 30 points to receive a capsule toy, fine stationery, a 300 NT Eslite gift certificate, and 10 house points, respectively.
- Monthly Borrowing: The top 3 students with the most borrowed books each month in G7-G8 and G9-G12 will receive a monthly reading award certificate and 50 house points.
- Annual Borrowing: Annual Borrowing: From August to April, the top 3 students with the most borrowed books for the year in G7-G8 and G9-G12 will receive an annual reading award certificate and a 200 NT Eslite gift certificate.
- Reading Ambassador: Students are encouraged to read 10 books from each of the six categories ("Classical Literature," "Literary Novels," "18 Academic Disciplines," "Science Reading," "Biographies," "Diverse Exploration"). Submit two book recommendation cards per category to receive a reading expert certificate and a 300 NT Eslite gift certificate (one per category per student). Completing all six categories (60 books) and submitting recommendation cards for each category will earn a Kang Chiao Reading Ambassador certificate and a 1000 NT Eslite gift certificate.
- Book Recommendation Card: Submit a book recommendation card (for library books only) to earn 1 iRead point and 20 house points.
- Human Library: Serve as a speaker at the Living Library to receive a 300 NT Eslite gift certificate and a certificate of appreciation.
∎ For Staff
- Book Recommendation Card: Submit 2 book recommendation cards (for library books only) to receive a 100 NT Eslite or 7-11 gift certificate.
- IG Recommendation Image or Video: Create an IG-compatible recommendation image or short video including the recommender, the book, and the reason for the recommendation to receive a 100 NT Eslite or 7-11 gift certificate.
- Book Fair Participation: Lead three or more classes to visit the book fair to receive a gift.
- Human Library: Serve as a speaker at the Living Library to receive a 500 NT Eslite or 7-11 gift certificate.
